Stretch your Hip Flexors before and after Air Travel.
Sitting for an extended period of time shortens the Hip Flexor Muscles. I am flying Today and will be doing this before and after the flight. Tight Hip Flexors can cause stress on the Lower Back as the Pelvis is shifted from over tightness!

Inactive Children & Video Games
While at the Playground Today with my Children, I was listening to a group of young boys talk about Running, Jumping and Fighting.
It turns out they were talking about Video Games! I fear for our Children and the Obesity problem in the United States. Keep your Children active. By the way…these kids I observed did not “play” at the Playground, they just sat.

Leg Workout - Jan. 8, 2011
I had a great Leg Workout at the NEW Gold’s Gym in Natick, MA this evening. One of the things I really like about the New Setup is the added Turf Area. I was able to do a lot of walking lunges here. I did these in between other leg exercises. I am looking forward to more great workouts at this gym. I also hope to train some New Clients here!
