Strong Workout or Stomach Flu
Thursday Evening Leg Workout
I had a really good Leg Workout on Thursday Evening. I increased the intensity and the weight on Leg Presses. The extra weight and intensity really had me feeling nasty at the end. Was the nausea from the intense Leg Workout or from the fact that I spent most of my Thursday night, early Friday morning becoming friends with the Toilet Bowl, throwing up at least 10 times? I ended up with the Stomach Flu that is going around the Boston area right now, and so did my Wife!
