Phil Heath, best friend and protege of 4 Time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler Wins his 1st Sandow Trophy.

Friday night Phil Heath was the clear winner after Pre-Judging.  On Saturday night Jay Cutler, the Defending Mr. Olympia came back harder, drier and more determined than ever to not lose his title but it was too late!

At some point, Derek Poundstone is going to kill it at the World’s Strongest Man and win the competition.  The guy’s got age on his side along with such an incredible amount of brute strength.  Keep your eyes on this guy people!  He’s a New Englander as well, residing in Waterbury, CT.  Gotta show support for the local guy!

My good friend and client Amanda “Sweet Capri” Cumberbatch is just a few days away from her next Figure Competition.

Amanda has been dieting hard, training hard and doing a lot of cardio.  We made some pretty big changes this time around, hit some bumps in the road but are completely back on track!

I have been helping Amanda with Competition Diet & Training for several years now. The last few days before a show are tricky and very scientific but I am very confident in how she will look on Saturday.  I will write more when the show is over.  Good Luck Amanda and Watch Out New York!
