Stretch your Hip Flexors before and after Air Travel.
Sitting for an extended period of time shortens the Hip Flexor Muscles. I am flying Today and will be doing this before and after the flight. Tight Hip Flexors can cause stress on the Lower Back as the Pelvis is shifted from over tightness!

Inactive Children & Video Games
While at the Playground Today with my Children, I was listening to a group of young boys talk about Running, Jumping and Fighting.
It turns out they were talking about Video Games! I fear for our Children and the Obesity problem in the United States. Keep your Children active. By the way…these kids I observed did not “play” at the Playground, they just sat.
Do you have a Gymboss? I am thinking of purchasing one today for my interval training.
Spring Workouts
It’s a wonderful Spring Morning in Boston and there are people everywhere walking, running and cycling. This is often the time of year people are extra motivated to exercise. The longer days and warmer weather really get people going!
