Warm Up Properly

If your warm up, prior to weight training does not feel like a workout and make you sweat a little then you are not warming up properly!  This should involve plenty of Dynamic Stretching.

Hip Fractures

Did you know that over 20% of Hip Fractures result in Death within 1 year!  This is all the more reason for Personal Trainers to emphasize fall prevention through strength and balance training to help prevent this, especially with Senior Clientele.

Airplane Travel and Tight Hip Flexors

Stretch your Hip Flexors before and after Air Travel.

Sitting for an extended period of time shortens the Hip Flexor Muscles.  I am flying Today and will be doing this before and after the flight.  Tight Hip Flexors can cause stress on the Lower Back as the Pelvis is shifted from over tightness!

Great workout if you have a TRX and some Battling Ropes!
