6 Egg Whites, 2 Yolks , Low Fat Cheese & Organic Ketchup Scrambled
This is troubling. Currently 1 in 10 have diabetes. If only people knew they could reverse these effects if they could simply start exercising. Why is it that health care will cover the cost of doctors and the drugs all these people will have to take, but will not cover the costs of personal trainers?
This is very troubling. People seem to be more aware about what is good or bad to put in their body but kids are exercising less, with schools cutting Phys Ed Programs, and the increase in Technology, keeping kids in front of the TV and Computer! This focuses more on current Populations aging but it’s time to prevent this from happening to the kids in our Society now!

Cajun Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast (6 oz.), 1 Cup White Rice, Lettuce Salad with Olive Oil/Vinegar Dressing & Feta Cheese.
This was my Dinner Tonight. Healthy & Yummy!
I would recommend eating your 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and include some small snacks in between your meals. You do need to eat more than once or twice per day for sure. I am not saying you need to eat 6 times but 4 to 6 times per day would be ideal. At the end of the day you should be burning more calories than you are consuming to lose weight.
Eating more frequently is a great way to regulate your blood glucose and insulin levels which will aid in maintaining or losing weight.
Make sure you are doing cardiovascular and resistance exercise in addition to eating a healthy diet! Thanks for the question and I hope this helps.
