Cool TRX Video with Fitness Anywhere CEO Randy Hetrick
I would recommend eating your 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and include some small snacks in between your meals. You do need to eat more than once or twice per day for sure. I am not saying you need to eat 6 times but 4 to 6 times per day would be ideal. At the end of the day you should be burning more calories than you are consuming to lose weight.
Eating more frequently is a great way to regulate your blood glucose and insulin levels which will aid in maintaining or losing weight.
Make sure you are doing cardiovascular and resistance exercise in addition to eating a healthy diet! Thanks for the question and I hope this helps.

Today I did a quick workout while on Vacation. It was a scheduled Push Day so I needed to do Chest, Delts, and Triceps with some Abs.
With limited equipment at the Resort I wanted to keep the intensity up so I decided to do some high rep Super Sets.
I supersetted Flat Dumbell Presses with Side Lateral Raises and Crunches for 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps. After 4 rounds of this I did 3 supersets of Incline Flies with Standing Dumbell Presses and Leg Raises for 12 to 15 reps.
I wrapped this up with a set of Laying Prone Cobras for 15 reps holding each contraction for 3 seconds. Those Burn!
I then moved on to Triceps for 2 sets of Pushdowns and 2 sets of Supine Dumbell Extensions both for 12 to 15 reps. These were not supersetted. This workout was completed in about 35 minutes.
